Swami Vivekananda wrote to Ms. Margot (Nivedita) from Belur Math, on 12th Nov. 1901: "... I am going off to the N.W.P. [North-Western Provinces] etc. soon, as Bengal is malarious ..." BLOGGER'S VIEWs *If NWP catch malaria, where will Swamiji go? *About half million people lived in Calcutta in 1900. Where would they have gone to escape from malaria?
