004 Sacrifice goat on eighth day शुक्ल अष्टमी दिन बकरे के दुर्गा माता को बलि करना శుక్ల అష్టమినాడు దుర్గామాతకు మేకను బలి ఇస్తే తప్పులేదుట.


What do disciples learn from Gurus? What do Gurus teach? Supersitions!!! Does the Goddess Mother Durga loves goats' meat so much that she will accept it if offered by devotees on the 8th Day of Lunar Ascension? Here is one such teaching from the Learned Guru Ramakrishna Paramahamsa! (Sarada Mata w/o Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa) substituted Goat Sacrifices with bananas). So who is more learned? Ramakrishna Parama Hamsa? Vivekananda? Sarada Mata?
The occasion was to celebrate the birthday of Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, on February 18, 1883. After noon meal and master's nap a devotee by name "Adhar", a Deputy Magistrate, aged about 30, asked Shri Ramakrishna whether it is good to sacrifice animals before the diety.

Shri Ramakrishna replied that S`aastra (scripture) prescribed sacrifice on special occasions. He added that such sacrifice was not harmful. Further, he said:

"Take, for instance, the sacrifice of a goat on the eighth day of the full or new moon.".

*Which scripture did Shri Ramakrishna read?
*Why did the Mother Goddess prefer eighth day?

*Why did she prefer goats?
*A superstitious guru and a superstitious disciple.
*Paramahamsa = Great swan. Why doesn't the Goddess ask Ramakrishna & Vivekananda (in those days Narendranath), for sacrifice of a Great swan? దుర్గామాత, "నాకు మేకను బలి ఇవ్వకండి. నాకు హంస లంటే ఇష్టం. ఒక మంచి పరమ హంసను బలి ఇవ్వండి అని ఎందుకు చెప్పదు. "

be careful now, do you know that while you breath you are killing millions of micro-organisms, you eat vegetables well they too have consciousness, infact ones whole life is dependent on others. one man's life means other's slavery... ponder upon it and you'll understand the irony of life.
i myself love non-violence, but to what extent can you take it..?
