Sorry for replying late.

I am unable to fully understand your problem, because there are more abuses. Kindly, write your problem clearly, without using unparliamentary words. It seems you have been hurt by somebody. If you you abusive words against them, Readers may get sympathy towards those who hurt you. As a (retired) Bank officer, and as an (at present inactive) advocate, aged 70, I learnt that we can communicate bitter things, without abusing others and be abused by others. Then only, we can make some progress in the accomplishment of our goals. If anything is left out, other Readers will continue.

From your comment quoted above, I express below what comes to my mind provisionally, tentatively, which will be subject to revision, if I am wrong.

Are you and the Iruvanti Niranjan Sridhar Rao same persons or different persons?

If Shri Iruvanti Niranjan Sridhar Rao and you are different persons, is he related to you? Is he your friend? Is he your tenant at Jalvayu Towers?

Did you donate the above 162 Jalvayu Towers Flat to RK Mission / RK Math / or anybody else?

In what way you are upset by the RK Mission / RK Math? Did they misuse the property donated by you?

If there is any problem with your Rs. 3 crore property, have you ever consulted a Competent Lawyer-s? If so what did they say?

Have you shown a copy of your Gift Deed / Trust Deed to your Lawyers?

My study at this blog primarily is about Swami Vivekananda. Not about RK Mission or RK Math.

I visited RK Math at Mylapore, Madras sometime between 1970 and 1974. It was not for joining. At that time I was not a complete Atheist. Besides, I was working in a Public Sector Bank. I was just exploring into the facts relating to the Telugu Version of Biography of Swami Veivekananda by Swami Chirantanananda. That stay was for about one hour. Too short-a-time.

I visited Belur Math, Kolkata in 1994. This experience was not pleasant. Some West Bengal Minister was visiting their Math on that day. May be their experience was fully focused on honoring Him. To my questions from the monks there, I got only rude answers.

Is Ramakrishna Mission really constituted of true monks anymore? I was having this discussion with one of my friends who did have a bitter experience today. He Whatsapped me his experience with the secretary of Ramakrishna Mission, Golpark, Kolkata. My friend mentioned how ill-behaved, ill-mannered, and short-tempered the secretary of the Mission is and how he enjoys all the comforts of this mundane life, sitting in an air-conditioned luxurious room, commuting in an air conditioned car, dictating the employees, being rude to the disciples, and randomly showing lack of rudimentary etiquette. I was not shocked to hear this as I had my own experience regarding the same. My only question is this: “Did Sri Ramakrishna or his ardent disciple, Swami Vivekananda want to establish an institution constituting individuals who are everything but true monks?” The Mission’s authorities should think about it. They should have in reserve more stringent policies to reform their monks and make it clear to them that they are there for serving human beings and not for enjoying material comforts. If they are so much power-mongering, ill-behaved and greedy then they don’t deserve to be called monks. We should think of it more deeply. And I would vehemently criticize the present secretary of Ramkrishna Mission, Golpark, Kolkata, for being an ill-behaved and inherently rude individual who doesn’t have the credibility to be a monk anymore. I must remind the secretary that time has changed, and we are no fools any longer. The above criticism is about one individual monk who worked as the then Secretary of RK Mission, Golpark, Kolkata. This we cannot apply to all the monks at RK Mission.

[ybrao-a-donkey's personal views]: These allegations are really grave. But then, everything in this World, particularly in Indian Courts, goes by evidence. Wherever absolute conclusive direct evidence is not possible, at least some details of the property taken away, reason for attempting murder, etc. are to be given.

The World, Indian Rulers are praising the Ramakrishna Monks. At this stage, with the available evidence, we can neither praise or denounce.

Only one evidence/instance is available: Ramakrishna Mission claimed before Supreme Court in a Case against West Bengal Government, that theirr Ramakrishna Religion is a minority Religion, and that it is not connected with the Majority Hinduism.
